Development of a 3D printing system for glassy sugar structure (Research Paper)- 2017-2018

This work presented a development of a 3D printing
system for glassy sugar. Linear delta robot and an
extruding and heating printing-head are proposed.
The glassy sugar is successfully 3D printed with a
line-width about 1 mm. The results suggest that the
heating temperature should be well controlled to be
specifically matched with the feeding rate of sugar.
