OBJECTIVE
To redesign features from Robinhood mobile app .
USER RESEARCH SUMMARY​
I did research on the target users by reading on the internet and interviewed people who use Robinhood app and investment application to understand the users, I’m redesigning features that I think will be useful and accommodate the user's needs.
A primary user group identified through research was college students and young professionals who want to start investing by using Robinhood mobile app. This user group confirmed initial assumptions about the minor additions they wish to make a better user experience.
PROBLEM
Beginner investors who want to start learning how to investing and trading but doesn't have much experience and wants to start small.
PAIN POINTS
1. Limited customer service availability
Users want a platform that allow them to find a place for a short-term that easy to use, help sort out type of place and provide all the helpful information.​
2. Inconvenient to share investing strategy with friends
Users want to be able to compare their portfolio with other without letting them know how much they invested in
3. Education
Users want more education and forums to learn and exchange experiences and knowledges about investing and trading
