Improved HMI (Human Machine Interface) by programming interface implementing FactoryTalk View and PLC, to decrease possibilities of human error. Modeled and reverse engineered mechanical parts (gears and other parts) to reduce maintenance costs on furnaces. Created robot arm installation drawings using AutoCAD to optimize space and resources

Prototyping Technician Co-op | 1819 Innovation Hub
Cincinnati,Ohio | August 2019 - December 2021

Collected and analyzed more than 1000 sets of data of the noise level in a prototyping shop by designed and built sound level and humidity detectors with Arduino,sensors, VBA and circuit builder.

Operated and maintained FDM and SLA 3D printers, laser cutter machines, large scale printer and graphic cutter in the prototyping area.

Published and Presented three research papers

Designed and built the prototypes of the heating and cooling system of nozzles and beds and extruding systems for the food 3D printers.
